We want to hire an additional receptionist/sales person. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be detail oriented, efficient at multi-tasking, and have the ability to meet with patients in a professional and friendly manner. Primary duties include communicating with patients on the phone or chat, scheduling patient exams and appointments, greeting patients and other business associates, and providing a variety of front desk administrative duties. We would like to hire someone with experience, but we are willing to train someone with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn. We are into cross training so hires can expect to be trained to be Optometric Technicians and/or Opticians if they have the desire. Must have good computer skills; experience with Compulink software a plus but not necessary.
