Front Desk Receptionist/Care Coordinator - $22 to $30/hr (DOE and Skills) + Medical, PTO, 401k with Match and MORE!

Dorostkar DDS, Pediatric Dentistry is seeking Treatment Coordinators to greet our families with a smile, help answer phones and schedule appointments, and to ensure that every patient visit is a positive experience. You do not need dental experience for this position, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities for this position include:
Making everyone feel like a welcome guest in our office
Scheduling appointments for patients in person or on the telephone
Organizing and maintaining patient information
Preparing letters, information packets, and other correspondences as needed
Collecting and posting account payments
Working well with team members, doctors, patients, and their families
Dental experience is helpful but is not necessary; experience with Dentrix is a plus. We will train you. We have a wonderful therapy dog, Aspen, who works with us so we hope you love dogs too!
This position can be full or part-time for the right candidate. Ideal part-time hours are weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings but we have some flexibility. Full-time employees will be eligible for full benefits after an appropriate introductory period. Benefits include medical insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, a 401k plan and matching company contributions. (Part-time employees may be eligible for some benefits based on hours worked.)
