Full Time Live-In Caregivers needed in Milpitas CA.
Provide care in a residential group home setting of 6 Adult/ seniors with developmental disabilities. Assist clients with independent living, perform behavioral modifications and give guidance when needed. Must be reliable and work hours as assigned.
We are in search of a Direct Care Staff who understand the importance of meeting client needs.
Responsibilities include:
Assist clients with needs per care plan (ex. aid with personal hygiene, and watch assist with bathing)
Assist with meals, taking medications, and other incidental needs
Provide assigned housekeeping and laundry services
Maintain cleanliness and safety of facility
Engage with clients throughout the day in a team effort to enhance daily life & well-being
Document and reporting
Must be able to transfer client from wheelchair to bed and vice versa
This is not an agency, this is a direct hire position.
Qualifications:
No experience required. Training will be provided once employed.
Must pass fingerprint/security/medical clearance
Must be able to transfer client from wheelchair to bed and vice versa
