Dental scheduling /insurance Coordinator

Seeking Front Desk Insurance Coordinator/Treatment Planner for a part time, 32 hours with some opportunities for 40 hours a week position. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, well organized, positive, team member to join our staff. this job requires expertise verifying dental insurance benefits, processing dental insurance claims, creating treatment plans in Dentrix and scheduling appointments for our 2-dentist practice. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills, monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding or denied claims as needed, experience in scheduling for multiple providers as well as treatment planning. We are a family and cosmetic dental practice that takes pride in our quality of patient care. Hours would be M 8-5, Tu 11-7, W 8-5, Th 8-5, with the possibility of Fridays 7-3:30.
