We are a small, modern, boutique family dental practice in Fremont. We have a close knit team that has been working together for the last 4+ years and are looking to add 2 more high quality individuals to our team.
Front Office:
We are looking for someone professional, articulate, a great problem solver, and efficient. Dental office experience and a passion for the healthcare industry is needed as is experience with Dentrix. This position will primarily focus on scheduling productively, managing phones/email/demandforce, collecting payments, tx plan and financial presentation and of course, providing stellar customer service. As everyone in the office is cross trained (including the doc!) the front office candidate will occasionally need to help out the back with seating a patient etc. if needed.
The position offers 28 hrs/week as well as benefits. (PTO, Health Ins, CE) The hours needed are:
Tuesday: 9-6
Wednesday: 1/2 day tbd with the doctor
Thurs/Fri: 8-5
1 Saturday a month: 9-1
Requirements: Strong customer service, phone skills, proficiency with professional email communication and front desk experience required. MS Office, Demandforce and Dentrix experience preferred. We're looking for dependable candidates with at least 3 years of recent dental office experience but are willing to train the right candidate. Dental Hygienist:
We are looking for a hygienist to help with overflow patients and vacation/leave coverage. We currently run hygiene on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and the 2nd Saturday of the month. We are looking for a hygienist that is passionate about dental hygiene, loves working with patients and is a gentle but thorough clinician. Fluency with Dentrix and the ability to run on time (1 hour for hygiene, 90 minutes for SRP) is important as well. Competitive compensation.
