We are looking for a friendly, energetic member for our team. We are a busy Chiropractic office located in the outer Richmond district of San Francisco.
Qualifications
-The ideal candidate must be highly organized, energetic, service-minded, detail-oriented, present, caring, reliable, focused, self-directed, adaptable, and FUN
-We are looking for someone who is committed to providing impeccable and top-notch patient care
-No experience in a chiropractic office or office setting before necessary
-Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
-Assist putting patients in rooms
-Answering telephone calls and greeting patients
-checking insurance plans
-maintaining a clean work environment
-Keeping the rooms and office clean
-Filing charts, scanning documents and organizing client’s electronic records
-Collecting payment and keeping track of patient payments and visits.
Work hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 to 12:30pm then 2:30pm to 6:30pm
