We’re looking for an experienced, personable associate dentist (4+ years) to join our fee-for-service, close-knit, patient-focused team. You’ll manage one patient column per day and perform one hygiene check per hour. The owner dentist is off-site but actively involved in daily operations and staff support.
Requirements:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in anterior restorative (composites, veneers)
-Invisalign certified (preferable)
-Confident working independently; leadership mindset
Schedule: Mon–Wed (option to add Thu)
Compensation: Competitive daily base + production bonus
