We are seeking an ABA Mid-Level Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children. Duties:
Implement treatment strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles
Monitor learner progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Conduct regular Caregiver Training
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive learner care
Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Speech Pathology, or related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician or enrollment in an ABA Master's degree program.
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation and drivers' insurance
Nice-to-have Skills:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Experience with writing progress, and transfer reports
Experience with Central Reach
