Our Hospitality and Delicatessen teams are seeking a full-time Winery Chef to perform hands-on Chef skills in our Delicatessen, provide memorable food & wine pairing experiences, coordinate menus/budgets for events & VIP groups, and much more!
The hourly range for this position is $28.93-$39.07, depending on experience.
Here’s a snapshot of the job responsibilities:
Provide hands-on food preparation in our Delicatessen & Market.
Collaborate with Director of Hospitality and Retail departments to prepare original & seasonal menus, per client specifications, for events between 6-100 guests.
Manage purchasing, ordering and receiving food, beverage, and kitchen supplies to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards as deemed by the Department of Health.
Educate guests about Korbel Champagne Cellars and Korbel Brandy, especially in the areas of food and wine, and pairings.
Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for evenings and weekends.
