HEAD SUSHI CHEF
-knowledgeable of cutting and preparing fish, meat, vegetables and sauce
-Continually check the quality of raw and cooked products
-Keeping station up to sanitation and safety standards
-Positively interact with customers
-Must be responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure
-Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
-Clear communication, problem solving, prioritization, and organization skills
- responsible for the position and strong management skills.
