Cucina S\A is hiring a weekend bartender. We are a longstanding neighborhood institution in the close knit community of San Anselmo. We have a fun and dynamic specialty cocktail program, and serve up classic Italian comfort foods with modern flair. We are looking for a good fit for our team, someone with a can-do attitude and a contagious smile. A mental rolodex of classic cocktails and ability to multitask are key. Speed is important, but you must be able to put out consistency and quality above all else. Please have experience with food service. Knowledge of Italian wine or an interest to learn also appreciated!
