As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and curating the rotating cocktail menu, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, specialty drinks, and custom orders.
Customer Service: Engage with guests, taking orders, offering drink recommendations, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties.
Cash Handling: Accurately process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper handling of all sales.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bar staff and restaurant team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar, private events, and fine-dining restaurant setting. Menu creation is a big plus!
Skills: Strong knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with a diverse clientele. Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment.
Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Certification: Possession of relevant bartending certifications or licenses is a plus.
