We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and hardworking Host to join our team! As a Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, is reliable, and is willing to assist in various areas where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Manage the waitlist and maintain the flow of guests in a timely and organized manner
Take to-go orders over the phone or in person, ensuring accuracy and clear communication
Manage to-go orders coming out of the kitchen, ensuring they are organized and ready for pickup in a timely manner
Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Handle phone inquiries and reservations
Maintain a clean and organized host station
Adapt to high-paced situations and stay calm under pressure
Follow directions from management and work collaboratively with the team
Reliability is key! We need someone who shows up on time and can be counted on for every shift.
Requirements:
Outgoing and personable demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Must be willing to assist in other areas when needed (such as bussing tables or helping servers)
Strong communication skills
Able to take direction and work as part of a team
Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus, but not required
Work Schedule:
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 4:30 PM until close
Compensation:
Minimum wage plus tips
