The Morris is seeking a Sous chef and chef de cuisine to expand our team. Must be available weekends.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in fine dining cuisine, with experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine Experience in butchery, bread and pastry and cooking from scratch is preferred. This is a hands-on position and will require some working on the line, so cooking skills as well as teaching skills must be strong. We are a small team so being a team player is paramount.
