Stateline Road Smokehouse (SRS) is one of the most anticipated restaurant openings of 2024. We are a quick service, fine casual restaurant featuring Kansas City inspired BBQ in a casual and unpretentious environment. In anticipation of our opening this July, we are looking for a full time Team Leader to join our Front of House team.
The Team Leader acts as the lead or main point of contact during service for any Front of House related matters, including tech or guest issues, until manager presence is required. The Team Leader is in an elevated hourly position acting as the counterpart to the General Manager at a restaurant, overseeing the counter servers and floor servers/bussers at their respective location. They are responsible for all day-to-day, line-level FOH operations, overseeing the shift, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Team Leader contributes to guest service and satisfaction, food quality, and compliance. The Team Leader will work alongside the General Manager to ensure restaurant operations are met to the highest standard.
