Key Responsibilities
Lead kitchen operations, service execution
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation (ServSafe preferred)
Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff
Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house for smooth service flow

Qualifications
2+ years of professional cooking experience, with at least 1 in a leadership role
Strong foundation in Italian culinary techniques (pasta, sauces, meat/fish prep, etc.)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Passion for local ingredients and seasonal cooking
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
