Our menu reflects the traditions of regional Italy while embracing seasonal California produce. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team and help evolve our culinary vision.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in Italian cuisine, kitchen operations, and team development. You are organized, creative, and driven by flavor, quality, and consistency. You lead by example, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations, service execution

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation (ServSafe preferred)

Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff

Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house for smooth service flow

Qualifications

2+ years of professional cooking experience, with at least 1 in a leadership role

Strong foundation in Italian culinary techniques (pasta, sauces, meat/fish prep, etc.)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Passion for local ingredients and seasonal cooking

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
