Onsen Restaurant seeks an experienced server to join our small team. We're located in the Tenderloin and serve Japanese inspired food with an extensive sake list. We work with a handful of local farmers to source the best ingredients in the Bay Area.
Qualifications
- At least one year serving at a casual fine dining or fine dining establishment
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills
- Japanese ingredient/technique knowledge
- Wine/beer/sake knowledge
- Cleanliness, organization, and the ability to work well in a team situation are crucial to this position.
- Applicants must possess a strong dedication toward learning, and motivation to progress in a fine dining environment.
- Responsive to constructive feedback from management
We are hiring a part or full time server, Sundays will be required.
