We’re a small, high volume family owned neighborhood restaurant serving breakfast / brunch and lunch.
We’re looking for motivated and outgoing folk individual who is comfortable dealing with the public and get to know our regulars. Please note this is not a server position. This a counter service position.
Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday morning shift as well as Tuesday and Wednesday. The other day is optional, either Thursday or Friday.
Duties include but aren’t limited to:
- Providing friendly service to all of our customers
- Maintaining daily cleaning tasks
- Cash handling
- Taking in person & online orders
- Running food to tables
- Cleaning Tables
Requirements:
- CA Food Handlers certificate within 30 days of start
- Knowledge and practice of safe sanitation
- Comfortable working in tight, close quarters with others
- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently, multitask, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours; reach (above head) and bend (below knees) to access shelves in tight spaces; and lift 50lbs
- Verbal & written English proficiency
- Must be available to work weekends
