Sales and Marketing Assistant

Zoe's Meats is an artisan cured meat company in Northern California that believes in promoting from within. We are seeking an entry level Sales and Marketing Assistant to help in all aspects of sales and marketing. This person will work closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure all customer relationships continue to grow.
Your responsibilities for this position will include:
Answering and making phone calls for orders
Maintaining notes on customers
Staying very organized
Sorting and filing
Visiting customer accounts with samples of new products (vehicle to be provided)
Participate in B to B trade shows
Conduct product demonstrations at consumer events and in stores
Help prepare samples
General office support such as running errands and light office cleaning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
Outgoing personality
Customer service
Love of food
High energy
Very organized
Drive to succeed
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM plus some weekends for events and/or shows.
