Robin, a San Francisco modern Californian and Japanese sushi restaurant, is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our amazing team. Robin has earned a fantastic reputation for serving omakase sushi in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. Robin uses local seafood and ingredients to highlight California and the Bay Area as if we were a region in Japan. Our modern take on Japanese cuisine is combined with a fantastic sake, wine and beer program and is set in a stylish and modern space in Hayes Valley. Robin offers a totally different experience than other omakase restaurants in San Francisco, there is hip hop on the stereo and local wine, and craft beer on the menu, the restaurant was designed by local artists and its very vibrant and fun. We are looking for outgoing and passionate team players to join our amazing staff.
Sushi Chef:
-At least two years experience in a Sushi Chef position
-Experience with fish butchery
-Excellent knife skills
-Ability to provide great hospitality to guests at the sushi bar
-Strong desire to work well with others and excel on a team
-This is a highly tipped position!
