PT Vacation Rental Cleaner

Looking for a PT experienced cleaner. Experience cleaning vacation rentals preferred. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year and are responsible for payi g your own taxes. Until March the work will be mostly on Sundays and Mondays. Beginning April workload will increase and once summer comes it become FT thru November. For the first couple months you will be working with another cleaner for training. We have very high standards so only apply if you do too. Must have a working phone and dependable vehicle. Have a great crew that doesn't do drama. Please apply only if you don't do it either. Once we start the summer we work long hours and 7 days a week. That commitment isn't mandatory but FT will be desired. I will consider a permanent PT schedule if your available weekends and mondays. During training wirh another cleaner I pay $25 per hour.
