The Production Assistant will be responsible for daily production, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring quality control, and assisting in process improvements.This is an onsite position.
Experience in production management, inventory control, and quality assurance
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with organic food production is a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
Love of alive, organic food.
