This position assures that foods served to residents and guests are of high quality, meeting the standards of portion, food safety, freshness and presentationAble to work well under pressure and focus in a fast paced environment. Able to project a professional, friendly and courteous attitude towards team members; and to successfully work independently and as part of a team (Teamwork.) Assist and work with cooks to produce menu items. Label and date all food items at all times. Maintain a clean sanitary work area, and SRC standards at all times. Prior experience as a Prep Cook/Cook. Strong knife and food prep skills.Current Food Handlers Certification.Experience in working ala carte dinner line.
