Friends, Pearl is looking for a hardworking food runner with a lot of hustle and attention to detail. Responsibilities include the following: running food, running drinks, replenishing mis en place, clearing and resetting tables, dessert plating, polishing glassware, and assisting floor, bar, and management staff.
Shifts are approximately from 4:30 pm until 9:30 pm and we are looking for someone to work 3-4 days a week with flexibility on scheduling. Hourly rate combining tip out and wage is a flat rate of $35 per hour.
This is an excellent gig for students or someone with pretty serious daytime commitments looking to hustle and make some money on the side. Experience in fast past, contemporary restaurants is very much desired.
