Do you have a passion for creating beautiful pastries that bring joy with every bite? Boho Petite, a boutique French patisserie known for its handcrafted viennoiserie, cakes, and seasonal delights, is looking for a talented Pastry Cook to join our growing team and assist our French Pastry Chef.
What You’ll Do:
Assist/Prepare and bake a variety of French pastries, croissants, tarts, cakes, and other desserts.
Assist with recipe execution, scaling, and maintaining product quality and consistency.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
Support daily production and special orders.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in pastry or bakery production (professional or high-end café preferred).
Solid understanding of pastry techniques, from laminated doughs to creams and glazes.
A keen eye for detail and presentation.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Punctual, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
