Alexander's Patisserie in Mountain View, a bakery and pastry shop with European and American style breads and pastries is hiring for:
Production Pastry Cook
Looking for pastry candidates who possess a passion for food and pastries, experience with European and American style desserts and in high production, strong basic techniques, works efficiently and can handle the high production work load, is enthusiastic, organized, team-oriented, and passionate. Prepares all pastries in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Works clean and efficient. Takes direction from superiors well.
Duties include:
- Participate in the preparation and execution of all baked goods.
- Planning and organization of all items.
- High quality levels of all production of their products.
- Prepare all items according to set standards.
- Ensure timely execution of all baked goods.
- Monitor all refrigeration and dry storage for proper handling and rotation.
- Keep open communication with both subordinates and Superiors.

Must have a minimum of one year pastry experience.
Must have a valid CA Food Handlers Certificate
