Outta Sight Pizza is searching for qualified Counter folks to work at our Larkin Street location.
We are a friendly neighborhood pizza shop that focuses on being a part of the community as a provider of food, a third space, and a supporter of the local businesses and residents around the area. We are an Eater Top 38 restaurant, an Infatuation Best of Pizza, a Food & Wine Top 10 Pizzeria, and a San Francisco Chronicle Top 100 restaurant.
We have grown from a 2 person operation to an almost 50 person operation in the past 3 years. We have 2 shops and are looking to keep growing in the future. We are looking for folks to grow with us that see a bigger picture in pizza.
Qualifications:
-2+ years restaurant, bar, or cafe experience
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
-Able to work up to 8 hour shifts (standing the whole time)
-Great references and track record
-Friendly, warm, and great to be around!
-Love food, hospitality, and being part of the community.
This role is a customer facing role that demands poise and charisma, as well as a head on a swivel mind set. This person heats up slices, interacts with customers, busses tables, fields DoorDash orders, and pour beverages. We say this position is best suited for folks who have bar or cafe experience.
This isn't a chill "show up and clock out" job. We are striving to create a great work environment for staff, that welcomes any and all from different walks of life and back grounds.
