Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.

Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen.

Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for special events or dietary needs.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow and high-quality food service.

Provide excellent customer service while serving meals and addressing any dietary concerns.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment

Strong food handling and service skills

Culinary experience with proficiency in knife skills

Familiarity with dietary department operations and menu planning

Experience in fine dining and catering services

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food industry setting
