Position Summary:
Valley Goat at Treehouse Silicon Valley is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and inspire our front-of-house team. This role supports daily operations by ensuring exceptional service, seamless coordination between staff and guests, and an energetic, welcoming environment that reflects our bold and playful spirit.
As an F&B Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to drive service excellence, uphold brand standards, and foster a culture of hospitality and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations during service
Lead, support, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Ensure smooth communication between kitchen, bar, and service teams
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and shift reports
Monitor quality, cleanliness, and safety standards across the restaurant
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Lead by example in providing warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for food, beverage, and guest service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of POS systems and basic administrative tasks preferred
