Job Title: Buffet Line Attendant (Corporate Office)
Location: Downtown Santa Cruz
Starting Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Breakfast; Lunch Service
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Buffet Line Attendant to manage the breakfast and lunch hotline at a corporate office. This role involves direct food service, light kitchen duties, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the breakfast and lunch hotline service
Serve food efficiently and courteously to corporate staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
Perform light dishwashing and assist with kitchen cleaning tasks
Print and display daily menus and food labels accurately
Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
Assist with restocking and inventory as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Valid Food Handler’s Card (required)
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with light dishwashing and cleaning duties
Basic computer skills for menu and label printing
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
