We’re a well-established Fine Dining French Restaurant operating in Downtown Santa Rosa for over 45 years, and are proudly second generation family-owned and operated. Our team is close knit, personable, professional, knowledgeable in both Wine and food and are truly passionate about their craft. 4-6 Shifts Per Week, Weekend Availability is a must! We offer both Indoor and Outdoor Service, as well as Table-Side Preparations (Flambé, Meat Carving, Salad Preparation), an Extensive Local & International Wine List (Wine Knowledge is a MUST!) and Classic French/European Cuisine. Shifts start no earlier than 3:30pm as we are Open for Dinner Only 7 Nights A Week.

The right candidate must be well-organized, passionate about gastronomy and highly driven. The position involves prep work, salad, appetizer and dessert preparation and plating. We're seeking a candidate who wants to grow and evolve as a chef, and become a strong member of our crew!
