ABOUT LELE KITCHEN
Lele Kitchen is an upscale casual restaurant in Los Gatos that opened in October 2024. We combine the freshness of California farm-to-table cuisine with the bold, soulful flavors of Eastern Europe. Our intimate 45-seat space welcomes guests for dinner Thursday through Monday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Backed by a small, passionate culinary team, we've earned praise for our high-quality ingredients and artistic presentations. Our goal is to become a true culinary destination in the Bay Area.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, skilled, and ambitious culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shares our dedication to high-quality food. You should be comfortable working across multiple stations and passionate about continual growth - both as a chef and as a human.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong prep skills
Experience working with fresh pasta and lean proteins
2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
A great attitude and strong work ethic
Authorized to work in the U.S.
COMPENSATION
$22–28/hour
45–55 hours per week
Final compensation will be based on experience and determined after the interview.
