Montesacro Walnut Creek is seeking an experienced bartender.
Montesacro is named after a hardscrabble working-class quarter in Rome as an homage to those who endured the ups and downs of life with the merriment of gathering with friends for great food and drink.
We created Montesacro as a welcoming place where people enjoy each other without pretentiousness, where the food is prepared with fewer ingredients yet of the highest quality, and where people can feel transported away from their ordinary routine.
Our trademark dish is Pinsa, a unique cousin of pizza that was served at a local trattoria in Rome. Made from organic rice, soy, and wheat flour, Pinsa is GMO-free, crispy on the outside, and soft inside. We are proud to keep these Italian traditions alive by opening our doors in 2015 as the first Pinseria Romana in America.
Our operations are fast-paced, high-quality, and guest-focused. Candidates must be courteous, conscientious, and professional, with extensive knowledge of crafting cocktails, products, and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service operations and quality service. Open availability is a MUST!
Candidates should possess the following qualities:
-2 years of casual fine dining experience
