54 MiNT Cucina Romana is seeking candidates for exciting opportunity to be part of our professional, experienced & supportive team. Our operations are fast-paced, high quality and guest-focused. While we desire creativity, our focus is on consistency. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, a professional and have interest in Italian food and culture.

Server
Requirement: Must have at least 2 years’ experience, open availability is a must. Knowledge of wine & spirits.
Prior experience in an Italian restaurant.
Maintains a "sense of urgency" attitude for the completion of responsibilities/tasks.
Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond.
Sincere desire to provide guests with best possible service and experience
Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Being a genuine team player
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Bartender
Requirement: Must have at least 2 years’ experience, open availability is a must. Knowledge of wine & spirits.
Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a dining bar atmosphere
Knowledge of vast variety of craft cocktails ingredients & execution.
Familiar with inventory.
Creative, able to make specialty cocktails rotating seasonally.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Clear communication skills
Being a genuine team player
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
