Line Cook job offer (mission district)
Vins Etcetera is looking for help, we are looking for some amazing staff to join our crew. We are looking for someone with reasonable experience who's already been working as a cook in a restaurant or cafe.

JOB DUTIES:
Be able to work on the line and execute all the dishes on the menu from tapas to main courses.
Prep the line & cook for next day or when needed.
Control quality of food & Respect guidelines and portions when doing prep or cook on the line.
Be creative with new dishes on a regular basis and implement the menu whenever it is necessary.
Clean the line and kitchen at the end of the shift.
Follow the cleaning duties schedule

You contribution to Etcetera cafe will earn you success as you work your way up, your contributions and value will be appreciated and rewarded. If you become a valuable asset to Etcetera, you will be compensated and promoted.
HOURS&SALARY
Part time. Usually starting at 4pm until midnight on Wednesday/Friday/ Saturday and Sunday. May be 2 to 4 days a week depending on
Salary: starting at $21/ hour during training with raise at 22$. Negociable.

REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE some Line cook job experience
Must be able to multi-task and perform under pressure
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be very friendly and pleasant, must treat the business like its yours and intereact respectfully with rest of the staff
Must be clean and organized
We will hire people on a trial period and you are required to attend a few training sessions on your own time so we can evaluate you to decide if you are a good fit.
