Responsibilities

- Station Setup: Set up and organize your station before service, including stocking ingredients, utensils, and cooking equipment, to facilitate efficient cooking during service.
- Cooking Techniques: Utilize various cooking techniques, such as grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking, to prepare a variety of menu items to order.
- Timing: Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed and delivered to the dining area in a timely manner, minimizing wait times for guests.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your station clean and organized at all times, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines, and assist with general cleaning tasks in the kitchen as needed.
