Seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities include following recipes and production directions, assisting with food production tasks, preparing and portioning food prior to service, producing food for various meal times and catered events, ensuring quality and freshness of all dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen equipment and adhering to proper food storage and rotation protocols.
Must have 1-2 years Line Cook experience OR education equivalent!

Fast-paced kitchen with a high sense of urgency. The role involves moderate to high noise levels, exposure to cleaning solutions, and frequent temperature changes moving between freezer and kitchen environments. The environment may also include slippery or uneven surfaces and occasional smoke, steam, and heat in confined spaces.
