THE JOB:

Line Cook/Chef de Partie works on the line in our kitchen to execute service.

-Responsible station prep (mise-en-place) and organization

-Efficient and concise execution of service, cleanliness, and morale

-Creative and seeking to learn new techniques and grow as a chef

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Minimum of two years experience in a restaurant kitchen environment

-Knowledge of hospitality and fine dining service

-Passionate about creating a memorable dining experience for guests

-Confident personality that inspires positivity, high-energy, and camaraderie

-Determination to deliver and exceed expectations everyday

-Food Handler’s Safety Certification

-TIPS training certification

-US work authorization required

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

-Culinary degree preferred but not required
