Dos Pescados is an exciting new restaurant concept coming to Aptos CA. We are seeking dedicated, hardworking line cooks to join our team. The kitchen will be led by Chef Trent Lidgey. Chef spent his career working in great fine dining restaurants such as Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, Uni in Boston, and Brae in Australia. We plan to execute casual but upscale Mexican food using local ingredients and great cooking techniques. We're looking to cultivate a strong team of individuals with high standards,integrity, and some solid cooking skills!
