Canneti Roadhouse Italiana is looking for a lead line cook who wants to be trained to become a Sous Chef or a line cook who would like to advance in her/his career. We are looking for someone commited to quality and work at artisan level. At Canneti, under the lead of Tuscan born Chef Francesco Torre, you will learn how to craft fresh pasta, both by hand and by a professional TR 95 Italian pasta extruder, to make breads and to butcher. Your work at Canneti will teach you about Tuscan and Italian cooking traditions and also about mordern cuisin. Staff is small and friendly and compensation is very competitive, with chance of benefits after a certain period of employement.
Few years of experience as line cook is required along with references.
