Lead Cook
Shift: 6am-3pm or 7am to 4pm

Job Summary: The lead cook is a member of our kitchen staff. The kitchen staff is responsible for cooking and preparing; salads, hot food, prepared meals, entrees, sandwich ingredients and catering orders.
This person responsible is for recipe creation, production management and staff management. The lead cook will be responsible for production of hot food, prepackaged entrees and prepare party platters and other catering. They are also responsible for overseeing the other kitchen clerks and maintaining production quality control. They are also responsible for ordering product and organizing production schedules when the kitchen manager is absent. This position reports to the kitchen manager and takes direction from them.
Job Duties:
Cooking entrées, hot food, prepared meals and catering orders
Maintaining kitchen quality control
Maintaining accurate pricing
Following all health department regulations

Bi-Lingual preferred (English and Spanish) Fluent English Required

Salary: $25-30 depending on experience
