About the position:
Barbacks are responsible for supporting bartenders, cleaning, maintenance, and stocking of the bar. Along with that, we run with a small staff and minimal support staff and so part of the barback’s duties will also be to support the floor and servers when necessary.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an outgoing, positive, detail oriented individual who is comfortable in a high volume and fast paced atmosphere. Someone who strives to provide the highest level of customer service, while remaining warm and calm under pressure. A desire to expand their knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year prior experience in food and beverage
Willingness to learn and take direction especially during height of service
Current California Food Handlers Card
Must be able to stand, walk, lift, serve for an extended period of time
