- Dinner only 4pm-9pm
- At least 1 year experience working in full-service restaurant
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, names of fish in Japanese and English
- Friendly personality, eager to please guests and able to offer suggestions
- Detail-oriented, high level of cleanliness, strong work ethic
- Completed Food Safety Certificate and Alcohol Server Training
