We are a fast-casual arcade bar and restaurant serving pan-Asian cuisine. We are seeking to fill several full and part-time kitchen positions.
Availability:
Shifts are from 4/6pm to 12/1am.
Line cook shifts are available 7 days a week.
Dishwasher shifts are available Thursday-Sunday.
Compensation:
Line Cook: $22/hour + tips.
Dishwasher: $18.07/hour + tips.
Tips average about $8/hour and are determined by the level of business. Tips are not guaranteed, but this average is what an employee in the kitchen can expect over time.
We are a small team here at The Detour, therefore the line cook role will require some dishwashing and prep. Similarly, the dishwashing role will require some food preparation. However, the restaurant does have cleaners that come at night, so you are not expected to fully clean the kitchen at close.
English/Spanish Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
