Kenji Sushi now is hiring experienced SERVERS in San Jose (next to Valley Fair mall). We are committed to providing an exceptional dining experience, focusing on meticulous presentation and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a long-term team member on a full/part time basis.
Ideal server candidate qualifications are as follows:
-Fluent English skills.
-Must have legal documents to work in the US
-Work experience equivalent to at least 2 years in a SERVER OR HOST role
-Excellent floor presence and a passion for hospitality
-Genuine enjoyment of working with people
-Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented
-Personal values of collaboration, honesty and integrity
-Ability to communicate, anticipate and meet the needs of guests and fellow staff
-Ability to work quickly and efficiently without dropping any balls
