Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm, professional welcome to all guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, adeptly answering queries and offering recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Manage guest orders with precision, ensuring seamless coordination with kitchen operations.
- Maintain the restaurant’s standards of cleanliness and table readiness.
- Process guest payments with accuracy, ensuring all transactions are handled with integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with guests and team members alike.
- Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to teamwork, upholding both front-of-house and back-of-house collaboration.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
