Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes from continental, Italian, and Mexican menus.
Lead kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
Develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
Manage inventory, ordering, and maintaining kitchen supplies.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Maintain a high standard of kitchen organization and cleanliness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with continental, Italian, and Mexican cuisines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
Excellent palate, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other staff.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
