Who You Are

The Hourly Manager will be a responsible leader who can assist the General Manager and Assistant General Managers in creating consistently exceptional guest experiences and uncompromisingly quality food while applying financial and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure employee competence through trainings on stations, equipment operation, responsible alcohol service, blade safety, cash handling, and specials. They will be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant, manage daily line-up, prep, shift management, and line flow. The Hourly Manager will maintain financial standards and service levels as well as ensure sanitary practices for food handling and a safe environment for guests and employees.
