We are a full-service hotel located in the Los Gatos-Campbell area. We are searching for an energetic person to join our front desk staff. The ideal person must enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service. The front desk agent will assist our guests from the time of making a reservation, properly registering and welcoming guests into the hotel, completing guests’ requests during their stay addressing any concerns brought to our attention, and properly closing guest billing accounts. Previous hotel experience is not mandatory.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Candidates must be open to work holidays and weekends. Several shifts are available which include mornings, mid-day, and evenings. This is a part-time position 3-4 shifts per week.
