West End Tap & Kitchen is a neighborhood restaurant on the Westside of Santa Cruz and we are currently looking for a host/hostess. We are looking for a friendly face with positive attitude and a great work ethic. We operate both a lunch and dinner service, so there will be day shifts as well as evening shifts. The job will requires you to work weekends. It is the job of the host to orchestrate the flow of the restaurant and it can be challenging at times. Hosting experience is preferred but not required as we do train the staff. Compensation is hourly+tips. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment this may be the job for you. If you wanted to work in a restaurant and have limited experience this could be your start. We encourage growth from our employees and we prefer to promote from within. We hope to hear from you soon!
